A woman, who was accused of drowning her dog in a bathroom toilet at the Orlando International Airport, was told that the board was unable to hold, she was arrested months after a horrific discovery.
The Orlando Police Department told Fox News Digital that the incident took place on December 16, 2024, when the authorities were sent to the airport after receiving the report from the airport staff, who came across a dead dog in a female toilet.
On the basis of investigation, police said that a warrant was issued for the arrest of the dog owner, Alison Agatha Lawrence, which was for increased animal cruelty, a third -degree hooliganism.
The possible cause statement received by Fox 35 Orlando alleges that Lawrence did not have appropriate documents that would allow his dog to climb on the aircraft, making him excited.

The report stated that an airport employee went to the women’s bathroom from the airline’s check-in counter and saw that a woman was unusually in one of the long stalls for long, and was on the ground to clean “a lot of water and lots of dog food” from the floor.
The employee had to leave briefly for another “cleanup emergency” and returned after about 20 minutes and saw that the bathroom waste bag was “heavier than normal.”

Inside the garbage, the employee was found with a dead white dog as well as several dog related items, including a strap, collar and dog tag, read in the report, with disastrous photos.
A necropy later determined that the dog’s possibility died due to drowning/submerged in water.
Police said that in the surveillance video, talking with an airline employee was shown at the airport and then another employee at the check-in counter, before his dog was not allowed in the aircraft as he did not have proper paperwork, which the airline was required, the police said.

The Orlando Police said in the arrest affidavit, “After Alison Agatha Lawrence deprived the dog’s boarding due to unfair paperwork, Alison Agatha Lawrence is believed to have taken extreme and tragic action by killing the dog.”
Police said that after the death of the dog, Lawrence proceeded through security and eventually boarded his flight to Columbia.

Lawrence in Lake County was taken into custody earlier this week, police said, where he is being placed on a $ 5,000 bond and will eventually be extradited to Orange County.
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) shared a statement with the FOX 35 news, stating that they “fully collaborate with law enforcement” and insurveled anyone from traveling with pets to review the Transport Safety Administration (TSA) website for guidelines and information before the journey.
