Florida is preparing on Thursday to execute an army veteran convicted in shotgun killings of his girlfriend and three young children on Thursday.
The 62 -year -old Jeffrey Hachinson, in what will be the fourth execution in the state so far this year, is set to get a deadly injection starting at 6 pm in Florida State Jail near Stark.
Hutchinson has long claimed that he is innocent, and two unknown assailants dismissed the killings as part of the conspiracy of an US government, which aims to affect veterans with the aim of silenceing him on his activism on the diseases of Gulf war and other issues affecting the Gulf war. Hutchinson served eight years in the army, as an alit ranger.
In court filing, Hachinson’s lawyers argued that he was suffering from the disease of Gulf War (GWI)-a range of health problems arising from the 1990–1991 war in Iraq as well as his claim related to his claim was related to the claims of traumatic stress disorder and later claims that he was targeted by the government’s monitoring.

Some time later, a male collar told a 911 operator that “I have shot my family” from home Hachinson and Flehrti shared with three children: 9 -year -old Jeffri, 7 -year -old Amanda and 4 -year -old Logan. All were killed with a 12-gauge shotgun that was found at a kitchen counter. Hachinson was located in the garage with a phone by the police, which was still connected to the 911 center and had a gun bullet on his hands.
In his 2001 test, Hachinson based his defense based on the claim that two unidentified people came into the house, fought with him after killing Fleharry and children. A jury found Hachinson guilty in four cases of first-degree murder, and he was sentenced to life in jail for killing Fleharti and three deaths for children.
Last month, a judge rejected an appeal to Hachinson’s lawyers, who claimed Hachinson and demanding delay in the date of execution that they were crazy and therefore could not kill them.
“The court found that Jeffrey Hachinson has no current mental illness,” AP said to Bradford County Circuit Judge James Colav in his order.
