A man from Florida was caught in a wooden area in Washington County, when a woman allegedly attacked and participated in a storage container.
According to the Washington County Sheriff Office, 40 -year -old David Earl Gypson has been arrested on charges of sexual battery, increased battery and false imprisonment.
The woman, who was not publicly identified, was severely beaten and when emergency medical services and law enforcement responded to the scene, she needed medical treatment.
Sheriff’s office said the victim said that Gypson visited her residence, quickly became bizarre and started attacking her. He also allegedly told the depot that he binds and threatened him, beating him and threatening to kill him.

Gibson is also accused of sexually assaulting her and beating her with a handgun and a blunt object, before pulling her out of the house.
According to WCSO, he allegedly used his mother-in-law’s vehicle to take him to his residence, where he continued to abuse her-put him in a container in the yard.
Sheriff Kevin Crew said about the condition of the victim during a news conference, “She was naked. Still handcuffed and was duct-tap around her mouth.” “She put a rope on top of her neck and tuck her feet from under her. If you can see what the hog tie looks, she did with her. She said that she was very hot and she felt that she was suffocating and going to die.”

Eventually, the woman was able to loosen her legs and was able to kick the plywood that was freeing her, freeing herself.
“She came out of the shed and then ran for her life,” Sheriff said. “At one point she told us that once she got away from home, she used a tree to remove it – she handcuffs the back of her back – she used a tree to remove duct tape from around her mouth. At that time, she made her way on a roadside, where a passer saw it. He closed it and called it immediately.”
Another woman, 74 -year -old Letty Cooper Collins, who was also the mother -in -law of the early victim, was “dead and beaten for a pulp” in her home, Sheriff said.
Sheriff’s office said that Gypson had about 33 total hooliganism in 1999, saying that he had gone to jail eight times.
He has been accused of several cases of theft, including armed theft, as well as arson.
The crew spoke on behalf of the Washington County Sheriff Office and apologized for “the dreaded incident (that) with this family”.

He accepted several agencies for his support in capturing Gypson, stating that the photos were important, and thanked the community for its support and patience.

The Sheriff Office is also demanding murder charges against Gypson for the death of Colins.
