After the order, the order comes that the lawyers who sued the state revealed that the authorities have made 15 arrests in the last two weeks, including an American citizen born in Georgia.
Last week, 20-year-old Juan Carlos Lopez Gomez was pulled by Florida Highway Patrol near Florida-Jorgia border and was later detained by immigration authorities. It is not clear whether Gomez, who was detained under the new law signed by the village Ron Desantis in February, granted an identity when he was arrested.

Gomez was accused of illegal entry into Florida and was held in Leon County Jail, where the US immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) requested that he remained in custody for 48 hours. The next day, Gomez was issued after providing her birth certificate, social security card and state identity card to her mother in court.
The Ice and Florida immigrant alliance did not immediately respond to the request for Fox News Digital’s comment.
