In addition, FAA officials are evaluating current arrival rates in DCA, according to Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), with the busiest runway in the US.
The FAA will review the arrival rate of the aircraft per hour of the DCA, which according to the agency, “the last 30 minutes of each hour focuses unevenly,” according to the agency.
According to MWAA, it is necessary to keep the difference between each flight safe.
