New Delhi: Mumbai Indians head coach Mahela Jayawardene has provided an update on the recovery of Jaspreet Bumrah, stating that Star Paper is still receiving again from his back injury. BCCI Center of Excellence,
“Everyone is available except Bumrah. As I also said in my previous interview, it is on a daily basis that he is undergoing his program,” Jayawardi told the media on Saturday on the eve of the MI match against Gujarat Titans.

He emphasized that when Bumrah’s recovery is growing well, there is no specific timeline for his return. “So far, everything seems fine. But no time limit was given by NCA, so we will wait on it,” he said.
Jayawardene also addressed the high scoring trend in IPL 2025, but was convinced in Mi’s experienced bowling attack.
He said, “We have received a very experienced bowling attack, and they do not think so. Each place and protests present different challenges, and this is something that we will focus on.”
Additionally, JAYAWAREDENE confirmed that Arjun Tendulkar, who was recovering from a brief disease, would be considered for selection if necessary.
