New York City Mayor Eric Adams, one of the country’s only prominent Democrats, who is ready to cooperate with the crack of Trump administration on migrant crime, appears unaffected by the latest decisions against his efforts to allow ice agents in Ricors Island detention facilities.
When asked by Fox News Digital, what was his response to the decision, Adams simply laughed and said that it is “all part of the process”.
Adams, who is running for re -election as an independent, is facing heavy criticism from the Democrats across the country to collaborate with the immigration agenda of the Trump administration. In one of the latest developments, he has been sued by the Democrat-controlled New York City Council on an executive order issued by his office to allow ice agents to use the Ricors Island Jail to conduct immigration investigation and interviews.
In the suit, the city council accused Adams of engaging with the Trump administration of being engaged in an illegal “Kwid Pro Quo” and preferred its own political goals on the city’s “prized sanctuary laws”.

The suit called the Executive Order “Poison Fruit of Mayor Adams’ along with the Trump Administration.
Last week, New York Judge Mary Rosado stopped the city from taking any step towards understanding, signing or implementing any memorandum with the federal government for time. “

Ice had earlier recorded an attendance in Recurs, but the agency was banned from the prison premises in 2014 under the sanctuary laws in New York City, which limited cooperation with immigration enforcement.
This remained until this month when Randy Mastro, the first deputy mayor of New York City, signed an executive order, allowing federal immigration officers to operate an office on Ricors Island.

The order stated that the security of new yorkers by the Trump administration as foreign terrorist organizations nominated as MS-13 and Train D Argu-Giroh has been endangered by the security of new yorkers-and is a significant requirement of federal law to share “real-time” intelligence with the city’s reform department and police.
This order allows federal law enforcement agencies to share intelligence information with the reform department and NYPD and about criminal gang activity between both inside and out of custody.

This citizen does not allow ice to complete immigration enforcement and arrest people only to be unspecified.
The order was issued after dismissing federal allegations against Adams. He was accused of using his position as a mayor to get luxury travel and illegal campaign contribution from Turkish foreign nationals.
Adams stressed that the matter was politically motivated and the President who was followed in vengeance to criticize Biden’s immigration policies.
