Quito, Ecuador-Equadorian football player Jackson Rodriguez’s wife and 5-year-old child was abducted on Wednesday, police said, when the men broke into their house in search of an amleck defender, who told investigators that he had hidden under a bed.
Police chief édison rodríguez said that the kidnapping took place at around 3 pm in the city of Guiakil.

The criminals took Rodriguez’s wife and child after asking the woman whether Rodriguez was at the residence.
According to police, Rodriguez saw from a window “that the person was traveling in a gray double-canb pickup truck.”
The incident occurred in nine regions of the country between the emergency announced 10 days ago by the government, including Guas province, which has Guiaki.
