Music composer David Foster admitted that he was nervous of taking the lift.
Speak with Wall Street Journal, The Grammy-winning musician revealed that he manages to stay fit with adequate practice.
“I try to go to the gym three times a week,” he said. “In addition, I really don’t take a lift. This is clustrophobia.”
Foster said he is “five times in a lift” as an adult.
“Three of them were for surgery in the hospital. I was given a drug, so it was fine,” he explained. “The other two had exceptional circumstances.”
Foster said he also took a lift at the residence of Opera singer Luciano Pavarkoti’s New York City: “I was working on a couple with him and Soline (Donon) and then the wine was flowing, everyone was drinking and I said, ‘I am going now,’ and I started going for stairs,” he said. “And he goes, ‘No, you don’t do today, today you take a lift.”
Foster revealed: “He sits down, he holds me, he draws me on his lap, and he sings ‘Ave Maria’ in my ******* ears.
