Attorney General Palm Bondi said on Monday that a person accused of firebombing Tesla dealership in Colorado is facing federal allegations.
24 -year -old Cooper who was arrested in Plano, Texas, said Bandy, suspected of attacking a Tesla dealership in Lavland, Kolo on 7 March.
Bandy said in a video message, “Warn it. You can run, but you can’t hide.” “Justice is coming.”

Frederick, a resident of Fort Colins, Kolo, allegedly ignited a fire -setting device and dumped it at the dealership, disappeared several parks. The device landed between two cars, and set fire, the Lavland Police said.
Police said that many people who were cleaning the building were present at that time. However, a quick -minded officer at the scene ended the flames and no one was harmed.
Police said the buildings and several vehicles were also damaged by the rocks.

“I have made it clear (that) if you participate in a wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, we will find you, arrest you and put you behind bars,” Bandy said. “All these cases are a serious threat to public safety. Therefore, there will be no interaction.”
Frederick was arrested a week after the attack. Federal prosecutors are demanding a 20 -year jail, Bandy said.
Apart from federal allegations against him, Frederick is also facing local allegations, including a second degree arson and occupation of explosive or fire.
He is one of the several suspects accused in recent weeks regarding Tesla dealerships and attacks on factories. The attacks saw his role at the center with Tesla CEO Elone Musk and the Government Efficiency Department of the Department of Trump Administration (DOGE).
Lucy Grace Nelson, 42, also known as Justin Thomas Nelson, is also facing allegations regarding the February 27 incident at the same Labland dealership.
