A fiery charter boat captain has gone viral after riding on a small boat to harass a young fisherman, who was accused of causing the collision that morning.
The Falry Exchange that occurred shows 40-year-old Brock Horner with two other men in a fishing boat, as they draw along with gauge twels, which is in a small fishing boat on the gulf coast of Florida.
