Carrie Underwood has discovered the next Taylor Swift.
During the latest episode of American Idol Season 23, an 18 -year -old contestant Zeally Windsor awakened judges with his audition.
Zeally performed his original song, UsedWith her acoustic guitar.
Judge Windsar, including Lionel Richie, Luke Brian and Underwood, impressed to write a song at the age of 14.
Richie told the girl, “You showed us a lot in your voice. You can go and focus on being small, like, growing. I am impressed by the song, as well. I think you have found a lot of artistry there.”
However, Bryan was not completely convinced. He said, “Gosh, I don’t think he is quite ready,” the lyrics of that song “felt for me as a 14 -year -old level.”
However, underwood fought for Windsor, arguing that both his song writing and voice had “Taylor Swift-Esk Quality”.
He told Bryan, “My point is, a teller is a Swift-size quality that he has.”
Carrie Underwood said, “She does not have this huge vibrato, belti’s voice, but there is something. If she did so, at the age of 14, her arsenal should have a lot of other things in her arsenal that she can bring to the table. … I think there is something about her,” Carry Underwood said.
Finally, Zeali Windsar obtained a Hollywood ticket after receiving two “yes” votes.
