A college student was arrested at home on a spring break after federal officials allegedly started a Molotov cocktail at the Tesla dealership in Boston.
19 -year -old Owen Mcintyer of Canasus City was arrested and was produced in a initial court on Friday in the US district court in Massachusetts.
