A strange moment came when Trump was raising a question about being held more hostage than Gaza. As he bowed to a reporter to listen to, a mike with a fuzzy cover known as a “dead cat”, which can help in the sound of muffled air, knocked into his lips and cheeks. The MIC operator can be heard apologizing after giving a competition to the President.
“He made television tonight,” Trump said after a brief staring at the reporter. “She became a big story tonight, okay? Have you seen?”

It is not clear who the mic was the operator or he works for which outlet.
The incident quickly went viral and increased a series of reactions. Some thought it was fun, while others saw it as a sign of insult.
“These people have untrue. Some respects,” Turning Point USA founder and CEO Charlie Kirk wrote in a post on X.
Many of Trump’s supporters praised his response to the situation, including Kirk, who said the President “Humbled Humble.”
