Beyonse’s mother, Tina Nools has opened her breast cancer diagnosis.
74 -year -old revelation about her health during an interview PeoplePublished on Tuesday. She remembered that in July 2024, she was shocked to know that she had stage 1 cancer in her left breast. At that time during his mammogram, his doctors discovered two tumors, one which was gentle and the other was cancer.
The news came when she was writing her memoirs, KulmataWhich came out on 22 April. Since she did not publicly speak about her cancer when she was diagnosed, she had the first doubt about writing about it for her memoir.
He said, “I am struggling whether I will share that journey (in the book) because I am very private. But I decided to share it because I think it is a lot of lessons for other women,” she told the publication., “And I think as women, sometimes we get so busy and we get so wrapped and run around, but you should get your exam. Because if I have not done my test hurry, I mean what can happen to me.”
Nolles discovered her cancer after recalling her prescribed mammogram. He said that he felt that he had done his exam recently as he was really.
“Because Kovid came and called me and canceled me and he said, we will call you when we start the test again. And I thought I have done it. So you can’t play with it,” he said.
According to the American Cancer Society, women of over 55 should do a mammogram every one to two years.
Nolles explained that he was not found a prediction for breast cancer because there is no history of the disease in his family. But she is doing well after surgery last year to remove the tumor with breast deficiency.
“I’m doing very well,” she told People“Cancer -free and incredibly blessed that God allowed me to find it early.”
She reiterated how grateful she was to catch her cancer quickly, while urged women to receive their prescribed mammograms.
“I didn’t know that there was a step 0. I could catch it on stage 0 if I don’t miss my mammogram,” he said. “I want to show people you can go and still fly.”
Stage 0 cancer is limited to the inside of milk and is non-invasive, “according to the American Cancer Society, it has not invaded breast tissues.
After noticing that she is “healthy, better eating,” and “lost weight”, she shared what she wants to learn from her experience.
“I want to give hope to the people,” said Nools. “The one who scares me is no longer making the best of every day that I have left in this life.”
During an interview with Gayle King CBS MorningWhich would be aired on 23 April, Nools recalled how cancer took a toll on her body. She said that after developing a serious post-sarcastic infection in October, she almost abandoned the 2024 women’s year incident.
Her family, including her daughter Beyoncé, urged her to take care of her. “Mama, you are not yourself,” Nools said that his daughter told him. “And so he was so, ‘Your health is more important. Don’t go.”
After the diagnosis of cancer, Nools still wanted to visit the event, where he accepted an award as one of the women of glamor.
He said, “A lot of my life, I have just refused to be recognized. I will never take an award. I would never want my attention … and this was my saying, ‘I am worth it,” she explained.
