The Honolulu police said that they arrested Garhart Koning after a small chase near Pali highway on Monday evening. Earlier in the day, the police put a poster with a picture of Koning, stating that he wanted to attempt to murder in Pali Lookout.
Police said Koning was on Ohu with his wife on Monday morning when she tried to push her with a footpath and used a rock to hit her in the head.
