The person arrested in connection with a suspected conspiracy to kill the then presidential candidate Donald Trump was seen laughing and smiling as he appeared in the federal court on Tuesday morning for a pre-testing hearing.

Asked how his day was going, 58 -year -old Ryan Ruth said it was “cute”.

The hearing, which was considered an AK-47 routh, was allegedly going to use to try to kill Trump in his Florida Golf course, ended without any decision.

Defense and prosecution argued before the US District Judge for the Southern District of Florida Ellen cannon.

Ruth’s defense lawyers are demanding their own independent analysis of whether the gun would have been removed if the Ruth had pulled the trigger, and whether the distance of the bullet fired from the gun would have been enough to kill Trump. The defense believes that if the gun is not removed, or if a bullet could not kill Trump from the limit on which he was fired, the justice department (DOJ) prosecutor could not prove that Routh had intended to kill Trump.

“If he knew that there was no chance, it could hit the target, which rejects the intention,” the Routh’s public defenders, Christie Militlo and Renny Sihwola argued.

Federal prosecutors say that when it was tested at the scene, the gun was successfully fired, and later it was also tested by an FBI expert in Quantico, Virginia. They say that the test is higher than enough to prove the intention of Ruth.

However, there are still questions about the weapon limit in defense, and someone wants to test the gun – the gun with his own expert – SWAT experience.

The prosecutors said it is impossible because the weapon would have to test inside a federal feature without access to such a feature.

Raksha will have the opportunity to see all the evidence in the next week’s case, which is during a visit to an FBI Field office in Miraramar, Florida.

The case stems from 15 September, when a secret service agent saw the AK -47 barrel through some holes through a chain -link fence, where Trump Trump was playing at the Trump International Golf Club. Officials said the agent opened fire on the Ruth, which left the weapon and a Gopro camera and ran into an SUV, the officials said. He was caught soon after.

Later he did not blame for five federal allegations, including an attempt to murder a chief presidential candidate.
