Nowadays, we often come to fusion desserts at shops selling sweets and pastries. Chefs are innovating with traditional Indian cuisine and are more with the taste of cakes, tarts, mouses, and methi. You must have heard about works like Gulab Jamun Cheesecake or Cashew Katli pudding. Recently, another unique combination caught our eyes and this came out of Alia Bhatt’s birthday cake. A picture of the LE15 Patisseerie, starring by Celebrity Chef Pooja Dhingra, was shared a picture of the same.

The post revealed that a “moong dal halwa” cake was made by Alia Bhatt’s sister Shaheen Bhatt. This complex layered treatment included pudding, toasted hazelnut porn and crunch cakes. In the picture, we can separate the top part with different brown. The open macaron is placed around the cake at intervals. “Happy Birthday Alia” is written in Ising. Take a look down:

This is not the only sweet treatment of birthday that is done by Alia Bhatt. On 13 March, he hosted a pre-born cake-cutting session for the media and Paprazi documented a special festival. The video that went viral on Instagram showed her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, prepared her to bathe with her love – and a little mischief. Alia cut a grand two-tier cake with butter cream finish. Alia fed a teaspoon of a teaspoon and happily first, finally performed a little happy dance before bite with Ranbir. “It is very tasty,” he declared paps.
