A former banker and disgusting legal scon, alleged partner of Alex Murdow, has agreed to a guilty petition to help some of his financial offenses.
The court records received by WCIV suggests that Russell Laffitte convicted several federal fraud charges last week and would spend five years in jail.
Records suggest that LAFFITTE also agreed to pay $ 3,555,884.80 in criminal restoration. Additionally, the CEO of the former bank will not be allowed to work in any Federal Insured Bank or Credit Union without prior consent.
At the time of crimes, Laffitte served as CEO of Palmetto State Bank and used its status to allegedly meet plans. He also worked as a Conservator or Financial Representative for Murd’s personal injury customers.

Laffitte’s family established the bank in 1907 in the same rural city of Hampton in South Carolina, where Murdo will also grow prominently.
During his earlier testimony, Laffitte claimed that he just did what Murdow asked him and did not know about the alleged plans of the lawyer.
