Marriott International has reported a strong year of development in 2024 for its Greater China region, signed 161 deals, equal to about 31,000 rooms, which marks average of at least three projects per week .
Closing 2025, the company has also announced a new agreement with the Shlate Investment and Management Group, which is manipulating the expected returns of the hotel brand -designed hotel brand for the mainland China.
Luxury segment within Greater China has seen a 73% increase in the room signature for Marriott compared to 2023.
