A former California federal prosecutor said that he feels that the Sheriff Office involved in the investigation into John Alway’s Golf Cart incident is either dishonest or not doing his work.
According to officials, the 62 -year -old Jeffrey Sparbeck, a long -time friend and agent of Elway, fell from the back of a golf cart at the Madison Club in La Quinta, California. A spokesperson of Cal Fire told Fox News Digital that the agency responded to the incident on March 26 at 6:50 pm. Sparbeck maintained “serious injuries” and was taken to the desert regional medical center in Palm Springs, where he died on Wednesday.
The Rivaraside County Sheriff Office investigated the incident of golf cart. Alway has not been accused of any crime. Fox News Digital on Friday confirmed that Elway retained Denver -based lawyer Harvey Stineberg. The Rivaraside County Sheriff Office said that it was “received information” on Monday two days after the incident. Fox News Digital asked Sheriff’s office why he did not learn about the incident until two days later, but no response was received. A spokesperson of Cal Fire said that the Rivaraside County Sheriff Office was not asked to respond to the incident “Call due to medical treatment.”
Former Assistant American Attorney Nema Rahni told Fox News Digital that the Roverside County Sheriff Office “is either honest or not doing its work” in response to why it took the agency two days to know about the incident.
