Michael Bolton has publicly spoke publicly about the diagnosis of his brain cancer.
The 72-year-old musician, considered as “King of the Spirit of Neely Eye”, spoke to his three daughters-49, Holi, 47, and Tarin, 45-last years and a year and a half about the struggle that faced him in a year and a half, because he was the most aggressive type of brain tumor for adults, and how he was managed.
Bolton, who first shared the news about his health in January 2024, underwent emergency surgery on December 4, 2023, causing him to diagnose. Although the surgeons were able to remove the brain tumors during this initial operation, they were forced to undergo a secondary surgery a year later due to infection.
By October 2024, he abolished both radiation and chemotherapy treatment, resulting in a clear scan in this April.
However, Bolton says that his short -term memory, motor abilities and speech are not the same since that first surgery.
“You are reaching your resources and your resolve in a way that you would never have thought,” he said that People magazine. “Suicide is not an option for the challenge. You are really attracted to a duality. I think the way you find out what you are doing.”

Bolton shared that he got rest during his fight through his family, daily attention and golfing support. He also mentioned that he had stayed at home for a long 30 -year -old in Westport, Connecticut.
“Whenever you find yourself in any kind of challenging situation, just to know that you are not going alone, this is a big thing,” he said.
His daughter Tarin said: “We are together with this, and that’s it.”
Bolton said, “I get more easily rest. (Full experience) gives me a feeling of appreciation. It is not right to take maximum advantage of your life.” “I think we develop abilities and problem management, and we learn how to make the best from a bad situation. You have to be a cheerleader for yourself.”
Bolton said that he has managed to continue working with an individual trainer. He also took a voice lesson and held voice therapy sessions with an online coach.
“I want to keep going. I think there is still much towards the fight,” Bolton said. “I got a title for a song: ‘Not going down without any fight.”
Since his initial post about his diagnosis, Bolton has shared some health updates with his followers on Instagram.
His last update came on 31 March 2024, three months after his second brain surgery. “Hi everyone, just a quick update that I am well healing and doing better every day,” he wrote.
