Hyderabad: India’s mid-market GCCS (Global Captain Center) is experiencing a bounce, beating his peers by unlocking new opportunities. This increase is causing a flywheel effect, allowing them to take advantage of a diverse talent pool. India has more than 480 mid-market GCC, with 2.1 lakh employees, as shown in the Nascom-Zinov report.
Mid-Market GCC is the capacity centers installed by middle-sized firms with annual revenue ranging from $ 100 million to $ 1 billion. They all represent 27% of GCC and 22% of the total units in the country. In the last five years, more than 110 new features were established, representing around 35% of all new GCC units in India within this period.

About 60% end-to-end platform ownership in enterprise portfolio is operated by the Central Bazaar GCC from India. Important work is being done in AI/ML, Cyber Security, Cloud and Data Science. India hosts 47% of global product management talent and 25% of Dippatch workforce for Middle-Bazar GCC.
Pari Natarajan, CEO and co-founder Pari Natarajan, Global Management Company Zinov, said that in middle-market companies, private equity ownership plays an important role. These private equity firms apply structured value creation strategies, with GCC based in India. “When such centers are not present, installing them becomes a strategic board-level instructions. For middle-market firms without private equity banking, India centers come from the centers to the board members who work as operating leaders,” he said.
North American firms, reports, shows a high trend for globalization, and India becomes an ideal destination given the agility and depth of learning in talent. The major destinations for the mid-market GCC are Bangalore, Hyderabad, NCR and Chennai, collectively hosting 74% of new GCC establishments. In particular, Hyderabad has evolved into an important talent hub for mid-market GCC during the last five years, which is an accounting for 25% of the workforce expansion.
Mid-Market GCC focuses on distributing high-value, special services while maintaining a lean operating model compared to larger GCC. The mid-market GCC site promotes talent for the leadership 20% faster, which is enabled by Liner structures, initial ownership, and direct visibility for global leaders. Mid-Market GCC often begins as an outpost like its big peers, they progress 1.2 times rapidly with the maturity curve.
