The two proposals would have banned transgender athletes from participating in girls and women participating in the game of Washington who failed Monday’s votes.
60% of the votes were required to pass the amendments – the proposal to limit girls’ game participation for biological women received 31 of 53 votes (58.5%), and the other would have created an open division for students separated from boys and girls competitions – just 24.5% (13 out of 53).
The Washington State Law currently prevents transgender individuals from discrimination against discrimination (WLAD) under the Washington Act. Therefore, even though the Act had passed, there was another clear obstacle on the way.

The Lindden School Board proposed the idea of only those born women who participate in girls sports. This proposal, Caskedia Daily, states, has also made boys a division in a “open” category.
“It is clear to our girl athletes that it is unfair to compete against other athletes who have gone through puberty,” Lindon Superintendent David Wanderich said Cascadia daily“They asked us to address it, and the Lindon School Board is trying to do the dignity of all students.”
The Trump administration recently funded the state state for not following the executive order of President Donald Trump, stating that transgender athletes should compete against their gender from birth. However, a federal judge ruled that the administration should “unfree” those funds and are not able to return “without following the necessary procedure.”

The USDA announced a review of funding freeze and federal funding to Main earlier this month, when the state refused to provide equal opportunities to women and girls in educational programs.
The main officials filed a case against the USDA last week, giving the state funds after the decision to freeze money to the state.
The state accused the USDA that “the school, childcare centers and post-programming programming as well as the funding used to feed children in disabled adults agreed with” an argument, “an argument.
Sen Susan Colins, R-Men, recently called to “solve” the issues between the administration and its state, saying that she would continue to fight for federal funds for the state, with the state being against transgender athletes in the biological women’s games.
