Jeff Mentaf, father of the slain Fisco, Texas, track star Austin Metcaf, told Fox News Digital that his house had sweated on Thursday night.
The Fisco Police Department (FPD) confirmed, “I can confirm that last night our authorities responded to a gun tablet in 8000 blocks of Hikri Street, which included the Metkaf family, which was swat.”
This took place a few hours after a recruitment press conference organized by a family spokesperson of the alleged killer of Metkaf, Karloo Anthony’s family.
Anthony is accused of killing Metkaf after two 17 -year -old children came into a dispute under a tent in a high school track meat on 2 April. Anthony allegedly stabbed Metkaf, who died in the arms of his twin brother.

Swating occurs when 911 calls are made, usually to report a fake violent crime, to the police and sometimes SWAT teams, to respond to the address given by the caller. It has been used as a intimidation strategy to target high-profile individuals and political rivals.
Anthony was prescribed on Thursday’s press conference after his release from Colin County Jail on Monday when her bond was reduced from $ 1 million to $ 250,000. The controversial decision raised questions about how hundreds of dollars were being spent online for the Anthony family.
Jeff Metkaf attended the press conference, which quickly evolved into anarchy after Dominic Alexander, the head of the Activist Group Next Generation Action Network, to speak on behalf of the Anthony family, criticizing the presence of Metkaf at the beginning of the incident.
Alexander said, “What we have seen at the beginning of this press conference is as a father in this press conference, these are my words – don’t cite anyone – an insult to your son’s dignity,” Alexander said.

Metkaf arrived at the press conference at his scheduled time, but criminal allegations were threatened if he did not leave. He left the Dallas Police Department with a police escort.
Alexander said, “From the very beginning, the action network of the next generation has respected the loss of life, irrespective of our opinion. We have closed our opinion,” Alexander said. “We haven’t attacked. We have not shared the information shared with us about Austin Metkaf because we respect the dignity of life and loss.”
Alexander later ran into the discussion.

“What has fallen into (Jeff Metkaf) (SIC) is a political operator who wants to hate this and yet make a political thing of fundamentalism and yet racism,” he said. “We have conservative operators who are posting a nonstop about the case.”
Those comments looked at the purpose of the press conference on a large scale, which was to set the record straight to how to spend more than $ 475,000 from a fundrizer raised to the Anthony family.
Alexander said that no money has been spent, and Anthony’s mother, Carla Hayes, whose family lawyer, was also going to focus on the conference to read a statement prepared by a family lawyer.

“Our family is attacked,” he said. “Whatever you think, what happened between Karmelu and Metakaf boy, my three young children, my husband and I did nothing, which is worth threatening, harassing and lying.
“Our address and my husband’s previous employer’s address is placed on all social media platforms. My husband had to take a leave of absence because he is afraid of what he could with our family.”
Alexander later called the elder people of Anthony’s opponents.
Alexander said, “Because these racist big people try to prevent us from standing for our children, our boy, he should bear the same rights that Kyle Ritenhouse was near, Daniel Penny and all those who claimed that they had defended. They should bear the same rights.”

Metkaf has tried to reduce political rhetoric since stabbing on 2 April.
He told earlier Fox News, “I want to make something right to start because I have already heard some rumors and gossip. It was not a matter of a race. It is not a political matter.
“Don’t politicize it. It’s not … It is a human being. This person made a bad option and impressed both his family and my family forever.”
