Kremlin said on Saturday that Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a temporary Easter ceasefire in his country’s war.
The war has created a ruckus for more than three years and the cost of life of thousands of people from both sides.
Putin said in a video posted by the Russian Foreign Ministry, “Directed by human views, today from Sunday to Monday to 18:00 to 00:00 pm, the Russian side declares an Easter Trus.”

Trump says that mineral to be signed with Ukraine on next Thursday
“I order all military functions to be stopped for this period.”
In the video, Putin General Staff has joined the head of Valerie Garasimov.
The move was seen by Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelansky, who said soon after the announcement that air raids were going out in Ukraine.
“As of now as another attempt by Putin to play with human life – at this moment, the air raids are spreading in Ukraine,” Zelancesi wrote on X giving an update to the troupe positions. This was not completely clear if he was addressing the Trus.

Trump says

Zelansky wrote that Ukrainian forces were battling in the Kursk region and catching their positions.

However, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that its forces pushed Ukrainian soldiers from one of their last remaining foothills in Russia’s Kursk region, where Ukrainian soldiers staged a surprising infiltration last year.
He later said that Russia had “ignored” the United States proposal for the 30-day Trus after Ukraine. ,
“If Russia is now suddenly ready to engage in the format of complete and unconditional silence, Ukraine will act accordingly – reflecting Russia’s functions,” Zelansky said. “Silence in response to silence, defensive attack in response to attacks.”

On Thursday, President Donald Trump said on Thursday that the temporary ceasefire is said to be signed an 80-stage mineral deal with Ukraine in a week. Treasury Secretary Scott Besent later amended that it would be signed on 26 April.

The details on the agreement are still relatively unknown, although Bloomberg’s recent reporting suggested that the US has reduced its demands of repayment to its aid in the Ukraine battle against Russia by $ 300 billion to $ 100 billion.
On Friday, Trump said that the US denies to “take one pass” on peace efforts for Ukraine if Russian President Vladimir Putin refuses to agree to the terms of the ceasefire.
