The State Department has accused a Chinese firm of providing a satellite imagery used to target us and international ships in the Red Sea to directly assist Iran -backed rebels in Yemen.
The group said that the news comes as an American air strike, targeting an oil port organized by Yemen’s Houthi rebels, killing 74 people and injuring 171 others on Thursday.
State Department spokesman Tami Bruce said that Chang Guang has been helping Satellite Technology Company Limited Hothis, who have been attacking commercial and military ships in the area since the end of 2023, which are the means of showing solidarity with the Palestinians between the war in the Gaza. The hawthi attacks include missile strikes, drone attacks and attempts to kidnap.
