McDonald’s has indicated to fans that when its favorite snack will return to the rap menu.
On Tuesday, the fast-food chain posted on the X, when the menu item will be available again, the revelation of the partially unclear date.
“Snack wraps 0x.14.2025,” read the post. The snack rap was first introduced in the menu of McDonald’s in 2006 and includes either grilled or crispy chicken, latcus, chopped cheese and a bench or honey mustard inside a tortilla. The snack rap was so popular when it was launched that it was credited to increase the sale of chains.
In 2016, the company shut down the snack raps at the restaurant in the United States, saying that they were very complicated to make.
Many fans responded to the post on X, trying to guess what month the snack rap would be added to the menu again.
“05.15.2025?” One X user questioned, while the other wrote, “Im betting on June.”
President of McDonald’s USA Joe Erlinger first discussed bringing back the menu item during an appearance Good morning america Back in December 2024.
“Snack Rap will return to 2025,” said Eringer. “It follows a creed. I get a lot of emails about this product in my inbox. It will return in 2025.”
However, Eringer will not reveal the exact date “for” competitive reasons “.
