Pakistan’s Long Range Rifle team won a monumental milestone by winning double gold at the 2025 South Africa F-Class National Long Range Championships.
The team shocked the shooting world by defeating the hosts of host nation -current world number one on its own turf.
The team gave an outstanding performance, winning two major events of the tournament.
He claimed the Vice President’s team match with a score of 1168/1200, and followed it by winning the Chairman Team Cup, the most reputed event of the championship, with a more impressive score of 1174/1200.
The winning squad included Lt Gen Ahsan, Asad Wahid, Ubad Ibrahim, Huzhfa Gul, Junaid Wakas, Lieutenant Colonel Junaid Ali and Sipoy Walid.
In particular, an important factor in the shooting of expert wind coaching-distance was provided by the south African veteran Henny Gerbar and Julius Hartman, which reflects the team’s commitment to master every technical aspect of the game.
