The under-i region works similar to the rest of the face, but it has thin skin, low oil glands, and more likely to dry.

The concentration of active ingredients in eye creams to adjust delicate skin in this area is usually low.

Under-I anxiety such as dark circles, puffiness and fine lines are extremely common. Many people experience tired eyes due to genetics, lack of sleep or aging. As a result, the beauty industry is saturated with eye creams, which promises to brighten smooth wrinkles, dark circles and refresh the under-i region. Dr. Priyanka Sharma, Director and Chief Dermatologist, V6 Clinic Shares You need to know everyone:

With so many options available, it is important to ask if these particular creams are really necessary. The under-oil region works similar to the rest of the face, but has thin skin, low oil glands, and more prone to dryness. This makes one of the first areas to show the visual signals of aging, such as fine lines and dehydration.

While a gentle, hydrating face moisturizer can be used around the eyes, eye creams are designed to address under-i concerns with specially targeted ingredients. Caffeine helps reduce puffiness, peptides support smooth wrinkles, collagen production, and vitamin C brightens dark circles. Additionally, the concentration of active ingredients in the cream of the eye is usually low to adjust delicate skin in this area.

For individuals with sensitive skin, eye creams are often less disturbed than regular moisturizers. Stubborn black circles can benefit from materials such as vitamin C and Niasinmide. Constant puffiness can be minimized with caffeine-based formulas, while very dry under-i skin may require additional hydration from hyaluronic acid or ceramids.

A separate eye cream is not always necessary, but it can be beneficial for people with specific under-i worries. If a regular moisturizer provides adequate hydration and nutrition, an additional product may not be necessary. However, for targeted treatment, an eye cream can be a valuable additional for a skincare routine. The best skincare approach is one that meets personal needs rather than set by marketing trends.
