
Every year, journalist Ben Black published a fickle fake story on his community news site CWMbran life for April Phools Day.
Since 2018, the 48-year-old has rescued yarn with a Hollywood-style sign on a mountain for a newly cold-watter swimming club in a lake.

Despite changing the words of his article that afternoon, when he discovered it on 1 April, he said he was “surprised” and “worried” and presented as real information to find false information being used by Google’s AI Tool.
Google has been asked to comment.
Mr. Black decided to start writing fake stories for April Phools Day for “Slight Fun” and said that his wife usually helped him come with ideas.
The concept of his story in 2020 is a new city from CWMbran, where “often the easiest way to connect houses with roundabouts”.
“I created a number per square kilometer per roundabout and added a fake quotes to a resident and clicked on the publication.
“It really went down from memory, people laughed,” he said.
That afternoon, Mr. Black marked the story as an April flower to make it clear that it was not a fake news for his readers.
However, the next day, he was “angry”, to find that he was picked up by a large national news website without his permission, and despite efforts to remove the story, the story is still online.

Mr. Black said that he “forgot everything about it” until he discovered his previous stories on April Phools Day this year.
He said that he was surprised to learn Google AI tool and a learning to learn to claim CWMbran using his article to claim his article.

Mr. Black stated that AI was becoming an increasing threat to independent publishers, using its original material with many tools without permission and to present it to others to present it in various forms.
“This is really disappointing because no one will visit our websites now,” he said.
He also stated that big news websites had deals with AI firms for cooperation, but said: “There was no chance that I would be able to do so.”
However, Mr. Black decided not to publish a fake story for April Phools Day this year as he was “very busy”, he said that Anubhav had closed him and decided not to publish a fake story again.
