Manchester City may end its disappointing weather with the trophy after a rally to defeat Bornmouth in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Sunday, inspiring Erling Hayal to return before being injured.

Career eject in Rashford Villa
Marcus Rashford scored his first goal for Villa to help the FA Cup semi -finals for the first time since 2015.

Rashford has ruled his career in Villa since he joined the loan from Manchester United on 2 February and has recently returned to the England squad, starting the World Cup qualifier against Albania and Latvia.
The striker exploited the cross of Ghar Lucas Digne for the opener in Deepdale in the 58th minute and then changed a fine in the 63rd after Morgan Rogers foul. Jacob Ramsay registered a comfortable win for Villa in the 71st.
“This is a great feeling,” said Rashford. “I think I have been fitter and I have been playing better football ever since I went here.
“I missed a lot of football before joining with (villa). My body looks good and I am enjoying my football for now.”

Villa-1996 has won the FA Cup seven times without a trophy since capturing the English League Cup, but not since 1957. In the 2015 final, Villa lost 4–0.
Preston, the only Non-Criminal League team in the last eight, was playing its first FA Cup quarterfinal match since the 1965–66 season.
