Bangalore: CEO of Cognizant Ravi Kumar indicated that former employees constitute 5-7% of their lateral fare, indicating the growing trend of returns. Cognizant watched 14,000 people again and has 20,000 of them in queues to return to the company. Kumar was recently speaking on the Investor Day held in the US.
Kumar recently told TOI that with 20% code -writing machines, teams can complete more tasks with fewer personnel. This, Kumar said, creates an interesting economic landscape known as the Javon contradiction, where an increase in skills in resource use leads to a high overall demand for that resource. He said that the AI efforts of Cognizant have freed 12,000 people due to AI and automation efforts.
“HeadCount Growth is something that we probably will not threaten because it is a three -year journey. We are talking about 20% code coming through AI. However, it is a developed world. However, I think one thing is certain: One thing you generates will require less human efforts that we are traditionally used. It also said that its CFO, Jatin Dalal said. Employees have AI training.
