Samvardhana MOTERSON Dividend 2025: Samvardhana MOTERSON International Limited has announced an interim dividend of 50 paisa per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. It has now set a record date for the said interim dividend to determine the eligibility of shareholders.

Samvardhana MOTERSON International Limited (“Company”) acquired 55% equity share capital of CIM Tools Private Limited (“CIM Tools”) on 6 April 2022, making CIM equipment as a company’s subsidiary.
In its meeting held on March 21, 2025, the Board of Directors of the company approved the number of 20,000 (twenty thousand) of 9.25% compulsory convertible convertible debentures of the inscribed value. 1,00,000/- each (Rs 1 lakh) collected up to Rs. 200 crores (Rs 200 million only) (“followed as” CCD “) on preference basis, in one or more installments, by CIM equipment.
