Israel launched an air strikes at several places in Lebanon on Saturday in vengeance for the rocket attack, killing six people in the heaviest exchange of fire since the ceasefire with Hizbullah, a terrorist group, which started nearly four months ago.
The exchange expressed concern about whether the ceasefire would take place, with Israel a few days after being resumed its war with Hamas, another Iran -backed terrorist group in Gaza. In a statement, Hizbullah refused to be responsible for the attack, saying that it was committed to the Trus.
The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that it directed the army to forcefully respond against dozens of goals in Lebanon, where Iran -backed Hizbullah is based. Israel’s army said six rockets were fired towards Metula, a city along the border with Lebanon. Three crossed in Israel and were stopped.

The Supreme Court has ordered a temporary stop for the dismissal of Ronen Bar until the appeal is heard. The Attorney General of Israel has ruled that the cabinet has no legal basis to dismiss it.
