A young father is allegedly illegally detained in the US and accuses him of killing his 2 -month -old daughter.
According to the NASAU County Police Department, Marlon Rabnless-Pictzin, 20, was arrested on Wednesday and accused of killing a second degree in the death of his infant daughter.
According to detectives, the authorities responded to an inwood home for a report of a choking 2 -month -old girl, which was identified as Lisida Rabnalass Barios on 7 March after 10:30 am.
The victim was rushed to a hospital and later shifted to a separate hospital, where he died.

Officials said an investigation revealed that the infant was a victim of an attack which led to his death. Police said the child had friction and broken bones among other injuries.
During a press briefing shared by PIX11, NASAU County Police Detective Captain Stephen Fitzpatrick said Rabanalas-Pratizentzin admitted to abusing his child.
“He admitted us what happened to the child, how he physically abused, how he felt that he felt that the child was not him and how he did not respect him or did not want that child,” Fitzpatrick said. “He hit the child several times around his head and face. He threw the child on the ground.”

Officials determined that Rabnals-Pratzantzin lived at home with a 20-year-old mother of his children.
A 1 -year -old boy was also removed from the house and rushed to the hospital for evaluation for any injury.
Investigators believe that mother was not involved in the misuse of children.
Rabnals-Pratizentzin was produced in the NASAU County Court on Thursday and was held without bail.

Rider said, “As he came in, hold and release took information about it and let him go to America.” “The person will respond to his crimes here in Nasau County. After his punishment, then there will be a determination of exile or held here. But once he walks in NASAU County Jail, he will be placed in an immediate custody, so he will never be released from our jails.”
