Indian batting Mestro Virat Kohli is on the verge of re -writing history as he is ready for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final against New Zealand, which is set to be at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday.
After fifty, who has already won a century and a match in the tournament, Kohli is now within a distance of several records.
If she scored 55 runs in the final of the Champions Trophy 2025, he will push Sri Lankan veteran Kumar Sangakkara to become the second largest run-scorer in ODI history.
Currently, Kohli has scored 14,180 runs in 301 Odis, while Sangakkara sits at 14,234 in 404 matches.
The only player next to him is the great Sachin Tendulkar, who leads the chart with 18,426 runs.
