Spring is almost here. I can practically feel it silently bloom between overnight climb at 25 degrees and this week the frosting of the snowflakes coating my driveway. By then, we are feasting on the initial reward of 2025 at the initial reward of the Games, giving a furore to some heavy hits, which will exit the winter.
Today, we got a better look at what people were playing last month. As something about a running theme, it was mostly older items, although it was also the weather for it. I was not spending much time on my backlog compared to the new release, it turns out. Circle sales data for January 2025 showed that Donki Kong was the only new game to break the Country Return in the top 2o, and that technically there is a port of the 2010 Wii game.
Somewhere else, the final imaginary VII rebirth received a major boost from its PC release on the steam, as Spider-Man 2, despite an early rough period before the optimization patch was released. Perhaps most especially, a major decline was seen in the purchase of new gaming hardware last month. As Matt Pisketela of Circle said, it is possible that the switch is at the past with his “cyclic peaks” as the switch heck and the PlayStation 5 and the ex -box series X/s are older. Switch 2 and Grand Theft Auto 6 will probably help with it.
Meanwhile, there are lots of games to keep us busy with the Monster Hunter Wilds ahead of the month and the killer’s sect in March earlier this month. Here are old and new games that we are playing, including some new indie recommendations that you probably have missed!

Play it: just about anything about
Current goal: check the new season
I have said it earlier and I will say it again (and other people have said that it would be better at ever): Fortnight will not reach its incredible first year heights again, before it went with bots. , Earlier, from most wordless suggestions to “Vidya”, from most wordsless suggestions before the continuous parade of corporate IP, he faced its identity. But sometimes it still has enough beauty and bizarreness for its world and enough details that are uniquely fortnight to come back to me, and because of this, a new season in the most exciting time for me is the beginning of a new season. I like to hop and see to see what new is – how the map has changed and the season theme manifests in new goals, opportunities or gameplay. Some seasons are better for me than others. I played last season – with my cool places settled by nature sprite, hovering the Samurai owners, and the Wild Godzilla Crossover – very much every day, while the weather earlier, with my focus, left me cold . At the end of this week, I came to know if this season seals me, and how much fortnight could be in my future. – Caroline Petit
To drive

Run it: PC (Steam)
Current goal: uh … okay, to keep driving
I like a good road trip. Driving for hours and hours in a car, looking at the world as it speeds up, and listening to random radio stations that slowly fade into the new, is just the best. And I like it when the Games let me live the fantasies of my road trip without spending money on gas.
Therefore, of course, I was excited to play the recently released Keep driving on the PC. It is a Roguelike Road Trip RPG in the late 90s. Instead of fighting the demons, you combat pits and run less on gas or snacks. First of all, I was disappointed at how low diversity I faced, but after an hour either the game went to great, and now I just want to do so that continue driving. – Zack Zwiezen
Overwatch 2
Picture: icy storm
Run: PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Switch
Current goals: keep playing with allowances
Overwatch 2 is in its glow-up era, and I am not sure if it is enough to win me back yet. The urgent storm rolled out the allowances, which allows you to upgrade and tweete your hero’s abilities in the middle of the match. It is an interesting spin on the about 10 year old format. Overwatch 2 requires a shake-up for a while, especially after revealing the sequel in 2019, almost every promise after the breakdown of the icy storm. The game is stale, and it’s a kind of change that can make it interesting again, so I have been playing with these for the last one week. I sometimes feel urged to boot Marvel rivals, but for now, I am trying to balance both games. I have spent more than 1000 hours to play overwatch. I think I can at least give me a chance to bring me back. – Kenneth Shepur
Accepted
Picture: Osidian
Play it: (And on and on and on and on) PC
current goal: Atrocities
I am playing for weeks now, carefully mining it for every piece of story and search and conversation and surprise and surprised fights and, you know, luggage. And I am doing this on a PC build – for everyone I know that I am playing it on PC – every two hours crashes. There is no clue when this would happen, and because it has taken me to really, to find out that there is a Quicksev button (F5), I have now got more than 230 saved games. (No, it crashed before 230 Save Games. It seems fine with him.) But I like that, if anything, this is the only reason that I am the only reason that I have any night for the previous couple I have gone to bed. Week.
I still have not done! I am close to threatening, the story is indicating, which is worrying me, because if I finish it, it will not be incomplete anymore. One reason is that I have never seen the end of Baldur’s Gate 3 or the original sin 2. I think I have a problem, don’t I? But I am firm to eliminate avoids, even if it means that my life is as a result. I could probably finish Baldur’s Gate 3 after! – John Walker
Flycite

Play it: PC
current goal: Slea lunmoth
Flycite is a low-fi-fi-fi, the first-person with effects such as souls is RPG. Think of the king’s territory with insects. The currency of the region is stamina. Every weapon swing slows down, weighty and burns through your energy. Each item you raised increase the cost of taking action. Managing inventory becomes as important as managing the pace of war. This is a game that looks its PS1 and otherwise suggests.
Developer Wabbababoy’s game is inviting the world, but cruel, ready to punish you for any mistakes. However, keep sticking with it, and the whole thing can be completed in just four hours. Even there is a co-opp where you can use a large system to navigate flykite’s secrets and boss quarrels more easily. This is a clever game in a small package at the right price (just $ 6 on steam). Play it because the world needs flyknite 2. – Ethan Gach
