The 2025 NCAA Softball Tournament is set to start on Friday, May 16 with 64 teams chasing the ultimate prize. The Oklahoma Sooners have won four National Championships in a row, and look to extend their record-setting streak to five. To do so, they will have to get past other top seeds like Texas A&M, UCLA, Arizona and more.
In fact, 14 teams from the SEC will making a tournament appearance, which breaks the record for most teams from one conference. Five teams (Belmont, Mercer, North Florida, Saint Louis, and Santa Clara) will be making their first appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
The Regional round will take place May 16-19, the Super Regionals from May 22-25, and then it all concludes at the Women’s College World Series at Devon Field in Norman, Oklahoma from May 29-June 6. You can catch all of the action on the networks of ESPN, with every game and start time listed here.
