1. Loya, Taj Mahal Palace, Colaba
Two decades after the launch of Wasabi by Morimoto, Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai opened a new food destination in its premises: Loya. Bastian Hospitality recently unveiled its first Peru-Asian Restaurant: Inca, which is located in Peninsula Corporate Park, Lower Parel. Bringing a piece of Pakj heritage of Hong Kong to the heart of Mumbai, the Dimsum Room has opened its doors in a heritage building in the black pest.
